Privacy policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Tristora Services respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on our website, why, how we protect it and what your rights are under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
1Data controller
TRISTORA SERVICES, Kénitra, Morocco. Contact: +212 754 060 785.
2Data we collect
When you request a service: full name, WhatsApp number, requested services, written description, voice note if any, and the files and links you attach.
For security only: an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, used to block automated submissions and limit abuse; the address itself is not stored.
Your browser stores your language and light/dark mode choice, and a temporary cookie when you use the tracking page.
3Why we use it
To study your request and contact you, prepare the proposal, contract and invoice, deliver the service, let you track your request, and protect the site against abuse. Your data is never used for advertising and never sold.
4Retention
Requests and their files are kept for the duration of the service and then for a reasonable period for revisions and follow-up; they are then deleted, keeping only the accounting documents required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
5How we protect it
Files are stored in a private, non-public folder under random names and open only after a permission check. Access to the staff portal is protected by an encrypted password with limited attempts.
6Who we share it with
Only the Tristora team accesses your data. It may be processed technically by our web host; when you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to that service’s privacy policy.
7Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. Message us on WhatsApp or visit our office and we will reply promptly. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP).
8Maps
The Google map loads only if you click “Show the map”; it is then subject to Google’s policy.
